We want to ensure that your experience using Toby's Tuck is a good as possible. We will work hard to make sure we provide you with the best party bags we can. However, mistakes can happen, especially when you are young and learning how to operate a business.
Whilst Toby is the one who will be operating this business, should you have any issues with your party bags or the service you have received, please contact Toby's Management Consultants (his parents) who will be more than happy to not only seek to resolve your issues but also work with Toby to ensure the issues do not happen again in the future.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please inform us as soon as possible after collection or delivery.
In the first instance we will seek to provide an alternative solution to ensure that you are able to celebrate your child's party as you intended.
If this is not possible, then we can offer a full refund if you contact us with your issue within 2 days of the delivery or collection and 50% of your order costs thereafter. We will arrange to come and collect the party bags from you.
